Debo Energy's Large-Scale Biomass Gasifier Shipped to Changshu Chemical Fiber Company in Jiangsu

   Recently, Debo Energy successfully shipped a high-efficiency biomass gasifier designed for a 18-million-calorie-per-hour thermal oil boiler, custom-built for Jiangsu Changshu Chemical Fiber Company, to the project site. Once commissioned, the equipment will replace the company’s existing natural gas heating system and provide a stable, efficient, and clean heat source for the chemical fiber production process. It is expected to begin full-scale operation in August of this year.

   As a major consumer of industrial energy, the synthetic fiber industry has long faced the dual challenges of high natural gas costs and significant pressure to reduce carbon emissions. The biomass gasifier delivered by Debo Energy utilizes agricultural and forestry waste as feedstock and employs high-efficiency gasification technology to achieve clean combustion. Compared to traditional natural gas heating, it is expected to save the enterprise over 10 million yuan in annual operating costs and reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 96,000 metric tons per year. While meeting the stringent requirements for heating stability and continuity in chemical fiber production, the system delivers dual benefits in both economic efficiency and environmental protection.
