Debo Energy's 18,000 m³/h biomass gasifier shipped to Huaihua

   Recently, the main unit of a biomass gasification furnace with a gas production capacity of 18,000 m³/h—independently developed and manufactured by Hefei Debo Bio-Energy Technology Co., Ltd.—was successfully hoisted into place at the company’s production base in Hefei and has officially been shipped to Huaihua City, Hunan Province. The equipment is intended for a centralized heating project in an industrial park in Huaihua City, marking the official entry of the partnership into the installation and commissioning phase. The project is expected to be ready for operation by the end of 2026, and once operational, it is projected to reduce carbon dioxide emissions by approximately 86,400 metric tons annually.

   The biomass carbon-gas co-production gasifier delivered this time is a high-efficiency unit custom-developed by Debo Energy for centralized heating applications in industrial parks. It enables the co-production of carbon and gas through the clean gasification of agricultural and forestry waste, providing the park with a stable, low-cost, and clean heat source. While ensuring the stability of heat supply, it significantly reduces the consumption of traditional fossil fuels, helping the park achieve a green and low-carbon transition. The successful shipment for the Huaihua project has also laid a solid foundation for further deepening cooperation between the two parties.
